Position Description:
As a Tosi Co-captain, serving in the role of a content writer, you will generate website traffic and grow the blog’s audience. You will research industry relevant topics and compose them into informatory articles that will educate other industry students, providers, and clients.
Number of hires for this role: 4
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Write two blog articles per month that contain industry relevant components and highlight why TOSI is a reliable and elite source of education in the surgery community
- Conduct monthly topic reviews that will provide our audience with a critical evaluation of data that has already been made available from existing cases/studies.
Criteria to apply: - Be an active member of the dollmaker’s society
- Submission of a one-page writing sample on a scholarly article inclusive of appropriately citing sources
- Be a person of integrity, who is timely, trustworthy and dependable
Compensation:
If selected for this position you will automatically be enrolled in a points system that will allow you to accumulate points in which you can redeem for a millionaire mentoring call with Tai. - For each blog article written you will accumulate ½ point
- For each topic review you will accumulate ¼ point

As a Tosi Co-captain, serving in the role of a course auditor you will examine and assess the content of course that is off in TOSI. You will clearly identify the objectives of each course to clearly identify the course’s purpose. You will create a trouble shooting channel for students to address concerns during their time taking the course.
Number of hires for this role: 4
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Create a course description for each course entailing its contents and why it’s relevant
- Research and identify 20 google ad words that will make Tosi more visible in the search engine
- Identify and create course objectives that clearly demonstrate what the course is and what It teaches compounded into 4-6 sentences per course.
- Create a brief problem-solving worksheets that students can complete and submit to trouble-shoot any issues they encounter while being enrolled in the course

Position Description:
As a Tosi Co-captain, serving in the role of a group task leader you will be responsible for oversight of the Facebook groups affiliated with TOSI. Those Facebook groups are TOSI Graduates, Dollmaker’s society, and Taime out Post Op Corner. You will post industry relevant content to engage, educate, motivate the audiences specific to each group/audience.
Number of hires for this role: 2
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Compose and post two posts per week that will engage the group’s audience
- Collaborate with the blog/content writer to research relevant case studies and compose into a brief post to educate the group’s audience on that particular topic.
- Post occasional polls to assess needs of that particular group
Criteria to apply: - Be an active member of the dollmaker’s society or a TOSI graduate
- Be a person of integrity, who is timely, trustworthy and dependable
- Background in marketing (preferred but not required)

The goal of this position is to make students feel embraced and track their progress as they matriculate through the program.

- Compose a “Welcome” email that expresses appreciation to the student for choosing TOSI, provides insight as to how the program is beneficial to their journey, and lastly provides information as to how and where they can address any concerns.
- Compose and send one email monthly on a topic that is educational in the aspect of the industry, marketing, or general industry education.

You will examine and assess TOSI labs and extract the most pertinent information in which you will utilize to compound into a brief video snippet that will be posted for providers and students to expound upon their industry knowledge.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Examine and assess upcoming classes and extract the most influential content, capturing the content’s time stamp and duration. You will utilize those time stamps to create a snippet of a brief educational “tease”. This will be done twice per month.

As a Tosi Co-captain, serving in the role of a Lexicon Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating a “dictionary” of terms that are industry specific. This will allow providers, students, as well as clients to expound upon their knowledge of medical and cosmetic industry terminology.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- For you assigned set of dictionary letters you will research industry terminology that is relevant to is most relevant and implement that term(s) for that letter.
- Collaborate with other TOSI co-captains to keep these terms updated and relevant to current industry times.
