TOSI Lab Model Requirements:

- Able to sign a media release & a proprietary NDA
- Will have had surgery in the last 3 months of model date
- Available from 930a-4p on chosen day
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to travel to course location
- Be cleared for treatment (no active infections)
- Able to sign a media release & a proprietary NDA
- has either (1)never had surgery before OR (2) if an Sx doll you are at least 3 months or more postOp
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a BMI 26-40
- Doesn’t have pre existing health conditions (hyperlink pre-existing health contraindicating conditions)
- No known hormonal disorders
- Able to turn on your own on a massage table
- Does not have too much loose skin (VSG clients may not be able to apply if you haven’t bad skin reduction surgery yet)
After reading the qualifications and you’re still interested in applying, fill out a form and select a date. If chosen, your treatment investment is just $130*. Associated accommodation and travel costs are to be covered by models as TOSI™️ does NOT offer model per diems.
